Fuertes is a DJ and music producer based in Miami, Florida — originally from Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Formally trained in music from an early age, he brings a rare level of technical depth and musical intelligence to every performance.
His craft goes beyond reading a crowd. Fuertes designs sonic environments — transforming spaces into immersive, unforgettable experiences through the precise layering of rhythm, texture, and energy. His sets move between tech house, hypnotic grooves, and Latin sensibility, always with one goal: to make the room feel something it hasn't felt before.
Together with Marco Neves, he co-founded 3001 Sound — a DJ duo and collective named after Barquisimeto's postal code, built with one mission: to carry that sound to the world. Their music is rooted in Venezuelan and Caribbean identity, shaped by the rhythms and culture they grew up with, and refined by the experiences and energy of life in Miami. A sound that is entirely their own.
